Our stay was a bit mixed. The location in the cooler climate of Bedugul was refreshing, and I appreciated the comfortable cottage we stayed in. However, the service had its moments, and the amenities could use some enhancement. Overall, it felt like it had a lot of potential, but there were areas needing improvement.
